User Roles determine the authentication level of the user / customer in the system.
Guest
The unregistred customer.
Token duration : a week
He has no login nor password. Without being able to login, he won't remain longer than his token. He may place orders if you allow it, but he will have no access to his information and orders list and status.
Customer
The usual customer
Token duration : a month
He benefits of all the standard access to the ordering process, information and account.
Webmaster
Content publisher on the website
Token duration : two days
A user with those accreditation is allowed to publish content on the website.
Moderator
Content manager on the website
Token duration : two days
More than the Webmaster, the Moderator is the content manager of the website.
Where the Webmaster can't edit or remove (= moderate) other content than his owns, the Moderator can. He's also able to moderate customers quotes and comments on blogs functionnalities.
Webmaster and Moderator are not yet available, and may not be used at all if you own and manage your website by yourself.
Admin

Token duration : two days
An admin has whole access to the website and its management tools. He's allowed to manage content (as a Moderator), but also customers informations, orders and shop information (as area of interests, giftwrap, payment method allowed, …). He may also promote and deprive Webmasters and Moderators.
Superadmin

Token duration : two days
As you get access to our services, you receive one Superadmin account. He has the same abilities than the Admin, but he may promote and deprive Admin.
System
Validation robot
Token duration : two days
Once you get access to our services, you also receive one System user.
The purpose of this account is to handle all the automatic process of the website. For example :
Order status updates,
Package status updates,
…
It is safe to request a new token (see Token refresh) for this user every day.
Developer
Webservices developer access
Token duration : two days
Reserved to the Tite-Live developers.
